Daypass Policies
The following policies cover purchases and use of the gamezenter daypasses, as well use of complimentary daypasses.
No guaranteed availability. While our facilities are extensive, and while we may try to make more room for players (at Gamezenter’s sole discretion), we cannot guarantee that we will have space suitable to any given player’s needs. We encourage players to ensure that space is available prior to purchase of daypass. From time-to-time the Gamezenter may have events that will restrict use of space.
Non-refundable. Any purchase of a Gamezenter daypass is non-refundable.
Paid daypass coupon limitations. Upon purchase of a Gamezenter daypass, customers will receive (via email) a game-merchandise coupon (“GMC”). GMC’s are subject to the GMC Policies detail below.
Complimentary daypasses. Complimentary daypasses (such as those provided for paid events, memberships, etc.) do not qualify for a $10 game merchandise coupon
Code of conduct. Use of the Gamezenter store and open gaming areas is subject to sensible and cordial conduct towards staff, facilities, materials, and other customers. Daypasses will not be refunded if you are asked to leave the store due to poor conduct. Gamezenter shall determine at its sole discretion what behavior exceeds sensible and reasonable conduct.
Gamezenter mailing list subscription. In providing your email to Gamezenter, you agree to be added to our local promotional mailing list. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, but be advised that purchasing another daypass will re-subscribe you (we are unable to otherwise deliver your coupon).
Daypasses are for personal use. Daypasses are strictly personal and non-transferable (they will be provided as a wristband).
Reasonable use. A daypass gives its holder access to reasonable use of the open game space, terrain, game library and other assets. This means personal use of a chair and table, with the intent to play a game with reasonable and standard space requirements given the game type. Excessive use of materials and space are not permitted, as determined solely by Gamezenter staff. Certain assets (such as select tables) may be reserved for a given type of game only (such as, for example, Miniatures games), or for events.
Game Merchandise Coupon (“GMC”) Policies
Customers may come into possession of a game merchandise coupon (a “GMC”) either via purchase of a daypass, prize in an event, or by other means (such as, but not limited to customer service remediation). The following policies govern GMC’s:
Game merchandise purchases only. GMC’s are redeemable for game merchandise only, Gamezenter makes the sole determination of what product is considered “game merchandise”.
Email delivery only. GMC are delivered only in the form of email, we cannot issue GMC’s to customers without email.
Expiration. GMC’s expire 90 days after issue.
Not redeemble for cash. A GMC is not redeemable for cash. Any use voids the GMC (the value is “up to” its denomination amount so purchases for lesser amounts will still void the coupon).
Void on merchandise return. Upon allowed return of merchandise purchased with a GMC, only the cash paid above and beyond the coupon value will be refunded (the GMC is single-use, and will not be re-issued.)
Personal use. Each GMC may be used only by the person to whom it was emailed. GMC’s can be transferred upon request (and with ID) at the retail counter.
Ownership transfer. Ownership of GMC’s may be transferred to another person. To transfer a GMC to another account, please ask someone at the retail counter. The email of the new owner will be required.
Stacking. Our system only accepts one coupon per order, but multiple GMC’s may be combined by our retail counter staff. Combining smaller coupons will void them and issue a combined coupon (with the larger denomination). The new combined GMC is subject to the policies hereof. We cannot combined GMC’s owned by separate people, ownership of the coupons must be transferred first. When combining coupons of different expiration dates, the nearest expiration date of the combined coupons will apply to the combined coupon.
Membership Subscription Policies
Customers may subscribe to a Gamezenter membership on our online store. An active membership (i.e. one in which the member is within their subscription period) qualifies the member for the various benefits described here. Policies governing membership are detailed below:
No refund. Membership purchases are not refundable.
Automatic renewals. Memberships are automatically renewed every 30 days at the price detailed here. The credit card associated with the member’s account will be charged upon each renewal.
Memberships are personal. A Membership is personal and only applies to the person that purchased the membership. It is not allowed to share memberships, nor to allow impersonation of memberships.
Benefit limitations. We do not guarantee availability of benefits (such as open game areas, private game rooms, etc.), nor that any benefit will meet your specific needs or requirements. Some benefits (such as, but not limited to, daypasses) are subject to Gamezenter policies governing the related activities.

Changes in Benefits. Membership benefits are subject to change at Gamezenter’s sole discretion.
Cancellation. Active members may cancel their membership renewal on their Gamezenter shop account here.
